Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and company policies
- Handle employee dispute resolution and disciplinary actions with impartiality
- Develop and maintain HR documentation contracts, handbooks, and compliance records
- Advise management on legal risks and best practices in employment matters
- Coordinate with external legal counsel for complex legal issues
- Implement training programs on labor regulations and company policies
- Monitor changes in labor legislation and update internal procedures accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, HR Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR legal roles or labor law practice
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and social security systems
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Certification in HR or Labor Law (e.g., CHRL, SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Proficient in HRIS and labor compliance software
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
