Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals and organizational objectives
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates
  • Manage employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  • Design and oversee performance management systems to drive employee development and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies
  • Partner with department heads to forecast workforce needs and plan talent pipeline
  • Champion workplace safety, welfare programs, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports, budgets, and metrics for management review and decision-making

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE compliance, and employment regulations
  • Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, agribusiness, or similar industry is an advantage
