Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals and organizational objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates
- Manage employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Design and oversee performance management systems to drive employee development and accountability
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies
- Partner with department heads to forecast workforce needs and plan talent pipeline
- Champion workplace safety, welfare programs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, budgets, and metrics for management review and decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE compliance, and employment regulations
- Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Previous experience in manufacturing, agribusiness, or similar industry is an advantage
