Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top-tier talent
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally
- Administer performance management systems and coordinate employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits management
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning initiatives
- Generate HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and HR best practices
- Strong background in recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Professional demeanor with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- HRCI or PHR certification is an advantage
