King's Quality Foods, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this pivotal leadership role, you will act as the strategic link between management and our workforce, ensuring our human resources operations support the company's long-term growth and high standards of excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company goals.
- Supervise the HR department staff and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between management and employees to resolve conflicts and improve workplace morale.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements in the Philippines.
- Direct employee training and development initiatives to build internal talent pipelines.
- Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee record-keeping.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR supervisory or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino (proficiency in Cebuano is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with integrity.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
