Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Design and implement compensation, benefits, and wellness programs
- Drive organizational development initiatives and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Oversee HR budget management and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- Proven expertise in HR strategy development and implementation
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Experience in multinational consumer goods or FMCG industry preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD) highly desirable
