- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals in luxury hospitality
- Lead talent acquisition processes to attract high-caliber professionals for all hotel departments
- Oversee employee relations programs, fostering positive workplace culture and conflict resolution
- Design and execute training initiatives to enhance service excellence and leadership capabilities
- Manage compensation and benefits structures ensuring competitiveness and compliance with labor laws
- Drive performance management systems including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
- Ensure HR policies align with Philippine labor regulations and industry best practices
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements to talent strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in luxury hospitality or high-end service industries
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR compliance
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven HR practices
- Experience in managing recruitment, training, and employee relations programs
