Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and systems to support operational scaling
  • Lead talent acquisition strategies including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
  • Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and conflict resolution processes
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive market positioning
  • Drive organizational development initiatives including training programs and career pathing
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, BIR requirements, and HR best practices
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning and organizational effectiveness

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF)
  • Proven experience in scaling HR operations during company growth phases
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
  • SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
  • Experience in tech/ecommerce industry highly advantageous
