Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and systems to support operational scaling
- Lead talent acquisition strategies including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and conflict resolution processes
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive market positioning
- Drive organizational development initiatives including training programs and career pathing
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, BIR requirements, and HR best practices
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF)
- Proven experience in scaling HR operations during company growth phases
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Experience in tech/ecommerce industry highly advantageous
