Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, providing expert counsel on organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement regional HR policies that align with corporate objectives and local labor regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, mediation, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent across the organization.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure market competitiveness and equity.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with regional exposure.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative cross-functional team.
