Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to support business growth
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Drive talent management strategies including succession planning and leadership development
- Manage HR compliance with Indonesian labor laws and industry regulations
- Lead organizational development initiatives including training programs and culture enhancement
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Manage HR team performance and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in outsourcing or service industry HR operations
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHT) and HR compliance frameworks
- Strong strategic planning and organizational development skills
- Experience implementing HRIS systems and digital HR solutions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Track record of driving employee engagement and retention initiatives
