Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with Malaysian labor laws
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace relationships
- Coordinate compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings
- Conduct performance reviews and implement development programs for staff
- Ensure HR compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements
- Manage HR information systems and maintain accurate employee records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Thorough knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD) is preferred
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing HR teams
