Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with Philippine Labor Law.
- Lead performance management cycles, including appraisals, feedback loops, and talent development programs.
- Administer employee compensation, benefits, and payroll operations with 100% accuracy.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with DOLE regulations, safety standards, and manufacturing industry requirements.
- Prepare HR analytics and reports to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in an industrial setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with HRIS software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in or willing to work in Antipolo City, Rizal.
