As the HR & Admin Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and administrative oversight. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll administration, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and global organizational standards.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs to support professional development.
  • Handle office administrative duties to ensure a seamless and productive working environment for all staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and internal databases while ensuring strict data confidentiality.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, employment acts, and statutory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage both HR and office administrative functions effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels.
  • High level of integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
