We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, fostering employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving a culture of excellence.

As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with department heads to align HR practices with business goals. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, preferably within the hospitality or retail industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding for all restaurant locations.
  • Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations, including payroll and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., Advanced Diploma in HR, CHRP) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
