- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract top-tier talent for various roles within the organization.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Maintain a positive work environment and ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Design and implement employee development and training programs to foster continuous learning and internal mobility.
- Report to senior management and provide decision support through HR metrics, data analysis, and regular reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven working experience (3+ years) as an HR Manager or similar senior HR personnel.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and modern HR best practices.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and performance management systems.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
