Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Promote the company's employer brand through various channels and career fairs.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
