Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Promote the company's employer brand through various channels and career fairs.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
