Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and employee onboarding.
  • Support the Communications department in drafting internal newsletters, creating engaging content for social media, and updating the company intranet.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team to process customer inquiries, document feedback, and maintain accurate customer databases.
  • Help organize corporate events, team-building activities, and internal communication campaigns.
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations related to HR metrics and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all three departments.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong passion for corporate communications, employee engagement, and customer service excellence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
  • Available to commit to an internship period of at least 3 to 6 months.
