Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across all departments
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Manage performance management systems, compensation structures, and benefits administration
- Conduct workforce planning and talent development initiatives
- Lead HRIS implementation and data analytics for decision-making
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational development and culture-building
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Deep expertise in Indonesian labor law and HR compliance frameworks
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and data analytics tools
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP) or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strategic thinking with ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
