Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across all departments
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR regulations
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Manage performance management systems, compensation structures, and benefits administration
  • Conduct workforce planning and talent development initiatives
  • Lead HRIS implementation and data analytics for decision-making
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational development and culture-building

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
  • Deep expertise in Indonesian labor law and HR compliance frameworks
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and data analytics tools
  • Certified HR Professional (CHRP) or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strategic thinking with ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
