- Formulate and execute strategic HR plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead talent acquisition processes including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
- Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in workforce effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and strategic HR planning
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
- Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement programs
- Ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism
