WESORT TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team in Kabupaten Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources operations, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring our people strategy aligns with our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who excels in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development in a fast-paced technology environment.

As our HR Manager, you will serve as a key business partner to leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving performance management initiatives, and implementing scalable HR processes that empower our employees to perform at their best. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from talent sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and talent retention.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Design and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Manage organizational structure, workforce planning, and maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
  • Foster a strong organizational culture that values innovation, transparency, and professional growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS regulations.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and building high-performance work environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
