PT RNP Technologies Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our human resources department, responsible for general affairs, personnel matters, and overall administrative work. We are looking for a strategic leader who can manage the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations and general administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage employee relations, handle conflict resolution, and conduct performance appraisals.
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and company policies.
- Process payroll accurately and manage employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Maintain a safe and organized office environment through effective general affairs management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in HR management or General Affairs.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
