Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent for all positions
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting and evaluations
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance
- Handle HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs and provide strategic support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or garment industry
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
