Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily Human Resources operations and functions within the mall.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and the enhancement of workplace culture.
- Ensure full compliance with national labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation packages.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
- Handle disciplinary actions and maintain accurate HR documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in retail or large-scale operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
