- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for Lampung operations
- Manage industrial and employee relations matters, including conflict resolution
- Develop and execute manpower planning strategies aligned with business needs
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
- Provide operational HR support for logistics functions
- Analyze HR metrics and report on workforce performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience with recruitment focus
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations
- Experience in training program development and implementation
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and compliance issues
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
