Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top talent.
  • Oversee and enhance performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Handle employee relations, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify training needs and develop professional development programs for employees at all levels.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, communicating changes effectively to staff.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of inspiring and developing teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
