You will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and development to industrial relations and performance management. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and plantation operational goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent for head office and field operations.
- Manage employee relations, including dispute resolution, disciplinary actions, and labor law compliance, particularly concerning plantation-specific regulations.
- Coordinate and implement employee training and development programs to enhance workforce productivity and technical skills.
- Manage the payroll administration, benefits, and compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and legal compliance.
- Supervise performance management systems to drive a culture of high achievement and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Manpower Law and maintain excellent relationships with local authorities and communities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within the plantation, agriculture, or heavy industry sectors.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and its practical application.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse workforces.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for payroll and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to be based in Palembang and potentially travel to plantation sites when required.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English are mandatory.
