Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies
  • Design and administer performance management systems and training programs

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
