Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for construction and administrative roles.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance appraisals, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and professional workplace culture.
- Administer competitive total rewards and benefits programs to drive employee retention.
- Ensure full compliance with DOLE regulations, labor laws, and internal company policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance staff competencies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare insightful analytical reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Management or Supervisory role, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government-mandated benefits.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and standard office software (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with high integrity and professionalism.
- Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
