In this role, you will be the backbone of our organizational culture, driving excellence in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and operational compliance.

As our HR Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring our workforce is aligned with our project goals and company values. You will handle the full spectrum of HR functions, from shaping total rewards strategies to fostering a safe, high-performing environment for our dedicated team members. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for construction and administrative roles.
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance appraisals, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and professional workplace culture.
  • Administer competitive total rewards and benefits programs to drive employee retention.
  • Ensure full compliance with DOLE regulations, labor laws, and internal company policies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance staff competencies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare insightful analytical reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Management or Supervisory role, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and standard office software (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with high integrity and professionalism.
  • Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
