In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our people strategy, bridging the gap between organizational objectives and employee experience.
As our HR Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, training, and development programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management by staying updated on the Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Maintain and improve organizational culture through employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Manage payroll processing, leave administration, and benefits management efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the technology sector is highly preferred.
