Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business goals, particularly within the wellness sector.
- Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, including strategic recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters, fostering positive employee relations and resolving workplace issues effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices, implementing necessary updates and training.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, regularly benchmarking to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead organizational development efforts, including culture-building initiatives, employee engagement surveys, and workforce planning.
- Implement and manage HR information systems (HRIS) to optimize HR operations and data analytics.
- Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics, promoting continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior HR leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience within the wellness, hospitality, or service-oriented industries is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR programs and initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication.
