Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage employee relations, handling conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure accuracy and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and talent development strategies.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand organizational needs and build effective teams.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
