- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company goals and industry standards
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical positions across operational and support teams
- Design and execute employee engagement programs, training initiatives, and performance management systems
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution processes
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance
- Drive HR analytics to support workforce planning and organizational development
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and talent development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in recruitment strategies, employee relations, and labor law compliance
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and data-driven HR practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in hospitality, aviation, or tourism industry highly valued
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CHRP) desirable
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
