Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, performance management systems, and engagement initiatives
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration while maintaining competitive market positioning
- Drive strategic workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Conduct training programs and leadership development to enhance employee capabilities
- Utilize HRIS systems for accurate data management and analytical reporting
- Act as primary Mandarin language liaison for cross-functional stakeholder communications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR management experience with proven team leadership
- Mandatory fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR compliance frameworks
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience in agricultural or manufacturing industry highly preferred
- Certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) considered advantageous
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
