Join our team and enjoy a Compressed Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with Friday hours extending to 6:00 PM. This arrangement allows you to maximize your weekends while maintaining a high-performance work-life balance. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee engagement across our operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily Human Resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the automotive sector.
- Manage employee performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution processes.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive market positioning and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine Labor Code, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and implement professional development initiatives.
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, social security, and tax regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
