Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Philippine labor laws
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Lead compensation and benefits administration and optimization
- Conduct training needs assessment and deliver development programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and policy development
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- SHRM-SCP or HR certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
