Join Sinar Lentera Alam (Lumbung Architect) as our HR Manager and drive our human capital strategy in the vibrant hub of Bali. We're seeking a strategic leader to oversee end-to-end HR operations, from talent acquisition to employee engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with company objectives and local labor laws
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for key technical and administrative positions
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and disciplinary processes
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
- Drive organizational development initiatives including training programs and succession planning
- Ensure HR compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (BPJS, tax, etc.)
- Manage HRIS implementation and data analytics for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR best practices
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, compensation planning, and employee relations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CHRP) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
