Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all HR operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Administer payroll processes and employee benefits programs accurately and on time.
- Conduct performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, employment contracts, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record in managing payroll, benefits administration, and recruitment strategies.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage.
