  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational objectives

  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compensation management
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
