- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational objectives
- Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent aligned with company values and requirements
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and fostering positive workplace relationships
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on workforce trends and challenges
- Lead succession planning and talent management initiatives to support organizational growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compensation management
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
