Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of hospitality staff
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Philippine labor laws and company standards
  • Manage employee performance through regular evaluations, goal setting, and development plans
  • Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate benefits administration, compensation reviews, and payroll compliance
  • Design and execute training programs to enhance staff skills and service quality
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven improvements

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in managerial role
  • Proven expertise in catering/hospitality industry HR practices
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF)
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
