Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of hospitality staff
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Philippine labor laws and company standards
- Manage employee performance through regular evaluations, goal setting, and development plans
- Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate benefits administration, compensation reviews, and payroll compliance
- Design and execute training programs to enhance staff skills and service quality
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in catering/hospitality industry HR practices
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
