Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement initiatives
- Design and administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare strategic reports for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proven expertise in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
