Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition processes including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Design and execute training programs for professional development
- Conduct workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP) and regulations
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and performance management
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing sector preferred
