We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations at Easy Buy. This pivotal role encompasses full-cycle recruitment, employee relations management, performance development systems, and strategic policy implementation. You will drive organizational success by fostering a positive workplace culture, optimizing talent acquisition processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while championing employee engagement and growth initiatives.
As our HR Manager, you'll oversee talent acquisition from sourcing to onboarding, design performance management frameworks, and develop targeted training programs. You will mediate employee concerns, implement compensation structures, and maintain HR systems to support workforce efficiency. This position requires proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex employee relations scenarios while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) preferred
- Experience in retail or FMCG industry advantageous
- Proven conflict resolution abilities
