Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals in healthcare setting
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes for clinical and support staff
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and other labor regulations
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Lead HR initiatives for employee engagement and workplace wellbeing
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff capabilities
- Prepare HR metrics reports and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR management experience in healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition for medical roles
- Certified HR Professional (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR decision making
- Strategic thinker with ability to align HR with business objectives
