Join Subic GS Auto Inc., a leader in the automotive industry, as our HR Manager. This pivotal role will drive our human resources strategy while supporting our dynamic team in Bacoor City, Cavite. You'll manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance development—while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws. The position features a compressed work schedule: Monday-Thursday (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) and Friday (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM), offering an ideal work-life balance. You'll collaborate with department heads to create a positive workplace culture, implement HR policies, and enhance employee engagement through targeted training programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution and performance management
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll compliance
- Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain accurate HR records
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in management
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor standards and DOLE regulations
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
