Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet business needs.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to ensure a positive work environment.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Administer payroll processing and benefits administration accurately and on time.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct workforce planning and organizational development to support company objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related employee inquiries and support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, employment contracts, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- CIPD or SHRM certification is a distinct advantage.
