In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring our payroll and HR operations are compliant and efficient. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet business needs.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer payroll processing and benefits administration accurately and on time.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Conduct workforce planning and organizational development to support company objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related employee inquiries and support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, employment contracts, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • CIPD or SHRM certification is a distinct advantage.
