Are you a strategic HR professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, international trading environment? YAN ZHENLING TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee our human capital operations in the Central Region. In this role, you will be the backbone of our organizational growth, bridging the gap between business objectives and our most valuable asset: our people.

You will lead end-to-end HR initiatives, from talent acquisition and employer branding to complex employee relations and performance management. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is comfortable working in a dynamic international trade setting, ensuring compliance with local labor laws while fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and high performance.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and expansion plans.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling to onboarding new talent across regional departments.
  • Manage employee relations, providing expert advice on HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Design and administer performance management programs to promote a high-performance culture and staff development.
  • Maintain compliance with Singapore labor laws and update company handbooks and employment contracts as required.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management to improve employee retention and satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an HR generalist or management role, preferably within a trading or international business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
