Bhd. is expanding its footprint in Malaysia and is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department from the ground up. As we pivot our focus toward AI, Data Centers (IDC), and New Energy solutions, we need a visionary leader who can build robust HR frameworks, foster a high-performance culture, and attract top-tier talent in a competitive tech landscape.

In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our corporate culture and operational HR processes. You will collaborate directly with regional leadership to align people strategies with our aggressive business expansion goals. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations aligned with Malaysian labor law and company objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing specialized talent in AI, cloud engineering, and renewable energy sectors.
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits schemes to attract and retain high-caliber professionals.
  • Establish effective performance management systems that drive accountability and professional growth.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including employee engagement programs, onboarding processes, and culture-building activities.
  • Manage payroll operations, statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a tech, engineering, or fast-paced startup environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and local labor regulations.
  • Proven track record of building an HR department from scratch or leading a greenfield setup.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and management.
  • Fluency in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous due to our global operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
