Are you a seasoned HR professional looking to make a significant impact within a reputable and established organization? Kah Motor Company Sdn. Berhad is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Penang. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Senior HR Manager to oversee comprehensive human resources operations, ensuring our workforce is supported, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
You will play a critical role in shaping our corporate culture, managing employee relations, and streamlining HR processes. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in Malaysian labor laws, payroll administration, and talent management who is ready to step into a leadership capacity and drive organizational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Senior HR Manager in the day-to-day administration of HR operations and strategic initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and leave management.
- Provide expert guidance to management and staff regarding company policies, labor legislation, and performance management.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data with high levels of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Coordinate employee training, development programs, and engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle industrial relations matters and ensure full compliance with the Employment Act of Malaysia.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in local dialects is an added advantage.
