IBEX Global Solutions, a global leader in customer engagement and business process outsourcing, is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team in Central Visayas (Bohol). This is an exciting opportunity to become a key partner to our Operations team, driving people initiatives that align with our business goals in a fast-paced BPO environment.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational development. You will work closely with leadership to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure that our HR practices support the growth and success of the company.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization's goals, managing recruitment and staffing needs, driving performance management programs, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will also be involved in talent development and succession planning, as well as leveraging HR metrics to inform decision-making.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with at least 5-8 years of experience, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a deep understanding of Philippine labor law, and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. A bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an HR certification is a plus.

- Partner with operations leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies, minimizing legal risks.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Oversee HR metrics, analytics, and reporting to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Lead talent management processes, including succession planning and training programs.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in the BPO or service industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CPHR) is an advantage.
