Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring quality hiring decisions
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks for the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications
