- Develop and execute comprehensive culture development strategies aligned with company vision
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention

- Monitor culture metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- 5+ years progressive HR experience with culture development focus
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Expertise in designing and measuring culture KPIs
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience implementing employee engagement frameworks
- Data-driven decision making capabilities with HR analytics tools
